Established in 2010 with the mission of offering support and resources to individuals and families in crisis, Spirit of Hope aims to create a stable foundation for those at risk, ensuring they have access to safe and affordable housing.
Spirit of Hope’s comprehensive housing-first approach includes emergency assistance, long-term housing programs, and ongoing support services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency and stability. Spirit of Hope offers wraparound care and a much-needed support system to their residences, becoming a family foundation dedicated to their future well-being.
Challenge
Spirit of Hope had limited brand recognition in the wider community outside of its direct circle of influence. Additionally, the existing branding was outdated and generic so it did not effectively convey the organization's mission.
Understandably, the Spirit of Hope team has been laser-focused on their mission. However, this resulted in a failure to properly identify and engage with potential donors that are needed to provide financial support to sustain their operations into the future.
Solution
Through the Brand Illumination ™ process, MCBCreative identified the best pathway forward for Spirit of Hope. We provided them with a fresh visual brand identity, a full suite of branded collateral to convey their mission and identified their ideal client persona so that they can better target their efforts to likely donors.
We provided updated head shot photography for the team, professional images of their residences, and updated all of the copy on their website to tell a more compelling story.
Spirit of Hope is now poised to tell their story in a way that is much more likely to garner the support of those looking to eliminate issues of homelessness in Nevada's capital city.
