Trail Blazers of Good Grub
Cascade Kitchens is a first-of-its-kind food hall in South Lake Tahoe, created to serve as a year-round gathering place for locals and visitors alike. With multiple food vendors, a central bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a rotating lineup of culinary experiences, the project demanded more than a logo or a few promotional images. It required cohesion, momentum, and a clear point of view across dozens of moving parts.
MCBCreative partnered closely with Tahoe Production House to bring Cascade Kitchens to life through photography, marketing consulting, and hands-on project management. The result was a high-volume, high-touch creative effort delivered over six months, under tight timelines and with exceptional collaboration.
