Creating a Pathway for Success

Reconnect 180 is a fledgling nonprofit with an ambitious mission. The founder, Jacquin Webb, is dedicated to transforming the journey of reintegration for individuals returning to society after incarceration. His personal experience and passionate drive for the mission of the organization has garnered significant attention and set him on the pathway to being an impactful leader in Nevada's capital and throughout the state.

Challenge

At the outset of our work together, Reconnect 180 was still in the "idea" phase. Jacquin had the will and the determination to create Reconnect 180 but he had yet to determine the best legal status, file with the secretary of state, and purchase his domain names.

Thankfully Jacquin is a prolific writer and visionary and had a clear purpose and mission for Reconnect 180.

Initially he intended to start the organization as a side-hustle while working full-time for another local nonprofit that operates in similar space.

What he needed was a clear partner to help him to pull it all together.

Solution

MCBCreative guided Jacquin through the Brand Illumination™ process to provide a clear pathway to success for Reconnect 180. Through that experience he understood the most basic step he needed to accomplish, such as filing for a business license, before we could craft his visual brand identity.

Once the business basics were finalized, we created a full visual brand identity and gave him a starter suite of business cards, stationery, email signature, and a PowerPoint template. These critical initial items set Jacquin up for success as he is showing his potential donors and contacts that he is taking his mission seriously and they can do the same.

Additionally, we crafted a clear and functional website to tell his story, share upcoming events, and invite the audience to action in making a change for those reintegrating back into our community.

Jacquin left his other job and is now working full-time to fulfill his mission through Reconnect 180.
